Hollywood at Free Son

This month, we had the pleasure to accommodate celebrity actors Benedict Cumberbatch and Daniel Brühl in our studios. Both are currently shooting in Belgium « The Fifth Estate », a movie about the founding father of Wikileads, Julian Assange. While Benedict did some fantastic voice over work for Jaguar via our APTX system (direct ISDN link with London), Daniel used our same state-of-the art technology for an ADR session (sync to picture!) for his upcoming movie « Rush » in which he incorporates an astonishing Nikki Lauda next to his co-actor Chris Hemsworth who plays the formula 1 driver James Hunt.

ISDN session for Jaguar UK

This week, we had the pleasure to welcome Benedict Cumberbatch in our studios for an ISDN session with London’s Scramble Studios. We had just the time to do a radio ad for Jaguar before Benedict took off again for other adventures such as taking the plane to New Zeeland to join the film set of a certain Peter Jackson who’s doing a film adaptation of « The Hobbit ».

ADR session for The Incident

In June we welcomed Alexandre Courtes, the director of Belgium’s first horror movie The Incident for an ADR session with actor Joseph Kennedy. To do so we made an ISDN connection with Stellarsound studios from Sydney, Australia. Sync to image and in crystal clear quality, we recorded Joseph straight to Pro Tools thanks to our Worldnet Tokyo APTX sytem.
